so much has happened

so much has been happening since my last post, which is why i just never seem to find the time to sit at the computer and write. Again, we've been lucky enough to have loads of visitors stay with us, some for just a night and others for a bit longer, and one kind of indefinitely. I love having visitors, it makes me feel not so far away.

also, i finally got a job, granted it isn't very glamorous but it's something that gets me out of the house and earning some money and, its a foot in the door, which seems to be one of the main ways to get a job here so hopefully something better will come along.

i will keep this short as i have the day off today and I am taking my brother on a tour of the hinterlands and we had better get going otherwise the pub will be closed for lunch by the time we get there :)
