wow, now that my little blog is attached to Dave's very popular blog, i had better get my act together and put some text in.
I guess a good place to start is why am i doing this. Well i like that it is a quick way to keep up to date with my friends lives and as we are shortly leaving lovely Sydney for the beautiful Gold Coast i thought this would be a small way i can keep my friends in touch with what we are doing, in between my email and phone calls. So here goes......
Trev and I had a great last weekend in Sydney. We had a very lazy Saturday pottering around and visiting as many eateries as we could manage from the Entertainment Book (only one week left to use our Sydney book!). Also spent a lot of time with the dogs, and we even took 'that little dog' down to the park for her first offf leash run around. She was very cute and kept Cookies close by. It was funny when she met another dog for the first time, i hadn't thought much about it as she and Cookies are fine together but i think she was a bit scared when the first new dog came a sniffing.
Sunday was another great day. We had a late breakfast with friends which kind of turned in to a whole day spent together, well the girls did anyway. It was a fun weekend, and much better than my original plan of spending most of the time packing. I'm sure we'll get to that another day.
well that is it for my first proper blog. Please bear with me while i learn all the terms and protocol and im happy for any suggestions to help make this worthwhile.
